Ashton, who claimed to generally be the store "general supervisor", once again mentioned it was mandatory, refused to terminate the purchase inside of 30 mins on the order, and had to be absolutely the worst customer service agent I've ever handled. Avoid this business. Most important bait and switch, I have ever observed. Worst customer care ever.
